The following policies have been established to keep costs down and to provide efficient service. We appreciate your cooperation and are pleased to serve you.
Payment Procedures
- Please use order form above. Keep a copy for your records.
- Send payment with all orders for the Family Library Sampler
- Send payment or an authorized agency purchase order or check with all school/organizational orders.
- Add shipping and handling charges.
- Complete shipping and billing addresses, including zip code. Include street address for UPS delivery. Include tax-exempt number, if applicable.
